Kentucky Guv's race may see low turnout in November

Political scientists in Kentucky and around the United States are saying that the upcoming Kentucky gubernatorial election this November between Democrat Jack Conway and Republican Matt Bevin, replacing Gov. Steve Beshear may see record low turnout due to the fact that both Conway and Bevin are unexciting to voters in the Bluegrass state. Any thoughts?

The attack ads haven't hit the every commercial break point here in the Lexington market yet.

I think Conway has better name recognition, and if there is decent turnout in Louisville and Lexington, he will win. Kentucky has generally elected Dems for governor.

My hope is for higher turnout in the two largest cities, and in the eastern part of the state, I hope they just stay home (think Kim Davis).
