He attacked Sanders for not visiting Texas as candidate when Sanders has been to Texas and held two large rallies while Hillary has not been there at all. So Castro is either a man who is willing to speak negatively about others without checking the facts or a man who is willing to lie about others to serve his agenda. Either way his actions are exploitative of the issue at hand, he's talking about 'issues' simply to bash at Sanders, not because he cares about the issues enough to learn the simple facts.

She delivered her major address on voting rights in June at Texas Southern University, a historically Black college in Houston. In early August, she was in McAllen, a Border city in the Lower Rio Grande Valley with 78% Hispanic population.
