you can't expect a sole shareholder, sole director, chief executive officer, and president to intervene when american jobs are at stake!

I'm sure he was hanging around so, he could collect his share. That is the way outsourcers work. Don't you remember the film "Pretty Woman" and Richard Gere? That is what he did. When it was time for the company to fall he would split and his constituents would finish the job.
