I have just come back from Europe and there is much talk about Romney and his offshore funds over there.

1. I say never

He and the GOP feel they are above that, and they don't need to show the peons anything. If Rmoney survives this Bain shit, the GOP will accept that he won't show us his tax returns. They'll say only Obama wants to know, and they trust Rmoney.

2. I'm betting that he releases more

It'll be seemingly random years in which he paid the most taxes (relatively).

Expect perhaps 2005, 1998, and 1996, or something like that. The campaign will explain that this "random" disclosure is typical of all his earning years. They may go so far as to lie and say that in some years he paid even more.
