You're head of the SEC or the Massachusetts Board of Elections;

there is good evidence that Romney lied under oath to your group.

How do you investigate this without being accused of bias?

Both of these organizations must launch an investigation, or "inquiry" into this situation. I hope the Massachusetts Democratic Party is mobilizing to make the case. It would likely require investors of Bain to push the SEC to do anything (and I doubt that would happen).

I've noticed that the media is already trying to brush the story off again. We cannot let up. Romney is lying about his tenure at Bain and lying about Obama's correct criticism of his tenure. This is THE issue of the campaign to take down Romney. Over and over we discover that Romney has no credibility and can not be trusted to be dog catcher let alone President of the United States of America. From Honest Abe to Mr. Swiss Bank Accounts.

There is a reason we have laws. Romney's team is going to do whatever they can to obscure any wrong doing. Deal with it. Follow the law.
