All the comments below are not promising. "What has Obama done for AMERICA?" It's really sad that they have accepted the brainwashing so thoroughly.

one of the bluer parts of Texas, just behind Travis County and the RGV. It's gotten a more purple in the past twenty-thirty years.

What will be interesting in this election is to see what Romney's numbers in November are compared to those of McCain and those of Bush.

Will Romney be able to improve on McCain's numbers, or will he go lower? If he goes lower that may mean the state is winnable for the Democrats down the road if they can get their gear together in Texas and register the many Latinos who would vote Democratic but who aren't yet registered.
