Apparently, none of the rank and file of the NAACP would attend Romney's meeting. The GOP had African American Romney Supporters flown in for the event to get him some applause in the crowd and meet with him afterward. They weren't even NAACP members.

were not members of the NAACP. He brought his own Black people to "stack the crowd."
