R's: Selling health insurance across state lines is NOT a healthcare plan, NEITHER is tort reform

You don't really have a plan, and you have no interest in providing health insurance to the uninsured or continuing the health care reforms for those who have health insurance.

You do, however, want to sell (the very profitable for insurance companies) catastrophic plans (required when setting up an HSA) across state lines--in a race to the bottom--like credit cards.

It's an excuse to do what their contributors want done. Nothing more and nothing less. It's no "plan" by any stretch of the imagination.
