JFK's approval wen up post-Bay of Pigs

Some people (especially Republicans and some MSM pundits) assume that if the SCOTUS strikes down the mandate Obama's numbers will take a hit. Bear in mind that "conventional wisdom" is often wrong.

JFK's "highest approval rating (83%) came after the failed Bay of Pigs invasion in Cuba." http://www.gallup.com/poll/1963/amer...orthwhile.aspx

JFK took the blame for Bay of Pigs, even though he privately told associates that the CIA set him up, and that's why he fired Dulles and Bissell.

My point is that we have no idea what will happen after this ruling. My guess? Not much.
