Martin O'Malley: "I would welcome Joe Biden to this race."

Elizabeth Landers ?@ElizLanders (Video producer at @CNN covering the 2016 presidential cycle)

I just asked @MartinOMalley about a Biden entrance: "Well I would welcome Joe Biden to this race. VP Biden is a very very good man."

"Vice President Biden is a very, very good man," he told CNN during a press gaggle after a roundtable discussion at which he spoke with the black leadership group 20/20 Leaders of America. "I think he cares very passionately about the future of our country and whether or not the American dream is a reality for families or whether we let it turn into a lie."

@MartinOMalley pointedly added, "People are looking for alternatives. They don’t like being told who they’re supposed to be voting for."

Finally @MartinOMalley said "They don’t like the sinking sense in the air that somehow big money determines who our nominee is going to be."

He just keeps looking for the best way to get things done, and it not so tied up in ego.. that he cannot acknowledge others are very good at things.. It takes the best to acknowledge the best in others

and imo he benefits from the 'Biden maybe' kerfuffle, by breaking open the 'it's all about hrc and sanders' meme > Let's get it DONE!
