I really like what O'Malley is doing. If Bernie Sanders weren't in the race I would probably support him instead.

I just like Bernie a lot. I've been waiting a long time for a candidate with his positions to run for office. O'Malley is a solid Plan B though.

If you are in SJ and environs, there is water rationing--every three days they turn on the water for a few hours. If you don't have a tank on the roof you are screwed and have to fill up buckets and garbage containers. If you are near a pool you can go swimming every day.

If you live in the country, like out Ponce way, you are in better shape. They have not started rationing there yet.

If he brings rain, he'll be beloved--not that PR votes count for anything. He's going for PR delegates, I guess...? They can help pick the nominee, but they have no voice after that process.

...who do have voting privileges.

Aside from the votes, these are issues and concerns which the former governor has taken a personal interest in highlighting and advocating. It tracks his record in my state of Md. of attention and action on issues related the Latino community here.
