Every candidate for President should be willing to stand up to Wall Street and commit

to these four goals:

1. Passing a modern 21st century Glass Steagall act

2. Closing the revolving door between regulatory agencies and wall street

3. Preventing the architects of wall street deregulation from serving in key administration positions

4. Imposing real penalties for firms that break the law.

I'd argue for something about the rating services as well; with three rating services it's too easy for the big firms to shop around their bonds/stocks until they get the rating they want.
