Bernie Sanders is saving the world!

If we all don't jump on the Bernmobile the sky will fall. He's going to save us all from ourselves and if we don't support him then we are all doomed. That's DOOMED I say!

And no Ben and Jerry's ice cream for any Hillary supporters either!

But Vermont businesses sell a lot of good things... Seaweed, coal tar shampoo, this and that. And Bernie keeps the high tech jobs with Lockheed, etc. because it's good for their economy. They need it with those rough winters.

I had some a couple of weeks ago, organic ice cream made by a little independent coffee/pastry/ice cream shop, right on the premises, and available only there, that was so good I was thinking that it had spoiled me for any other.

Not really, as I found out the next time I found myself in front of the glass door protecting the ice cream at my local grocery, but I'll sure try to make it back to that town someday, just for the ice cream.

Right now I'm kinda focused on waiting for the new "Bernie's Rebellion" flavor and enjoying the new "Save Our Swirled:"

Still, there's plenty more great ice cream out there. If we ever were to meet in real time, I'd rather share ice cream than fight about candidates.

The vote was 4-3 to leave it alone. That shocked the hell out of me. Have we become so thin-skinned that 3 people would hide something like this from our innocent eyes?

In this case my vote mattered. BTW, I am not a Hillary supported at this time. I am leaning to Bernie.

insulting supporters of other candidates is pretty much all you've got left.

These are the same people who complain about the level of discourse around here.

They could try posting positive articles about Hillary but that would require actually finding some.

We're going to have months and months of snark and hyperbole. Accept is as humor or just move on to another thread.

The OP didn't make fun of democratic voters. It was a satire of an over the top supporter of one Democratic candidate. If you recognized yourself as the target, you need to do some introspection.

I don't support Hillary at this time, but I had no problem with the post.

but everywhere in USA -- Blue states & Red states -- people who understand how important this
election cycle is are turning out in the 10s of thousands; and that, just that alone .. is evidence enough
for me to know it's not out of the question, not at all.

Who am I to stand on the sidelines when a epic historic shift could well be in the making here?

If Bernie thinks this race is important enough for him to run "against all odds" at age 73, who am I to
diss him for it, or even doubt he can win?

Bernie is addressing virtually every progressive agenda item on the books, and he's articulating it in
ways that are drawing record crowds everywhere he goes, and he's been operating in the US Congress
long enough to gain the respect of many on both sides of the isle, and to know how to get stuff done.

I could go on and on about this, but i'll leave it at that for now.

Thanks for asking though.
