HC at New Hampshire on C-Span
I watched it in its entirety, wondering if I would be a new convert to an HC commitment. Cheering seemed to come (on cue) from way in the back at the right times, and others joined in slightly later.
Behind HC, people in view of the camera started out enthusiastic and somewhat tired at the end of the overly long session.
One young woman asked if digging for oil would be stopped now that climate warming has been proven by scientists. HC said that as soon as our economy could run only on solar, wind and other forms of clean energy, we could stop with the oil/coal production, but we were not ready and our economy would fall without waiting. One young girl who had sat few feet behind HC during her QA become so angry with that answer that someone behind her grabbed her to make her calm down and stop yelling. She left, or was asked to leave, don't know, but she was gone.
I watched fascinated, saddened, and sort of in disbelief, and was inspired to donate to other candidates.
HC looked good, never stopped talking, and smiled a lot. She has a lovely smile.
