As disappointing as this is, can we stop and take a moment to thank

all those that worked tirelessly for the people and against Walker. Many busted their butts for months in an unprecedented grass roots uprising to fight against power and money that had them at a disadvantage from the start.

I'm sure this loss must be even more devastating and painful for them, but can we applaud their dedication and hard work on behalf of all of us - citizens of Wisconsin or not. We respectfully thank all of you!

Thank you Wisconsins for your incredible work against near insurmountable odds. You brought out thousands of voters, many who had never before voted.

I only hope that they will return to the polls in November. For that, I am afraid that it will take more work on your part. But, as of today we know that you are up to the task.

Again, we here at DU love you madly for your efforts. Never, ever forget that.

Sköl, Wisconsin.
