How active was or is Bernie Sanders vs Hillary Clinton in sponsoring legislation/bills, etc.

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/browse?sponsor=400357

I wont list them, I listed a fraction of that on another thread and nobody seemed to notice.

350 bills matched your search for sponsor: Sanders, Bernard “Bernie” (Sen.) [I-VT].

A comparison to Hillary isnt fair, she hasnt been a legislator nearly as long as Bernie.

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/browse?sponsor=300022

Yet she had 417

417 bills matched your search for sponsor: Clinton, Hillary (Sen.) [D-NY, 2001-2009].

So I am learning while I do this, so what have we learned?

Looking at how hard they worked and what they worked on, once again I must say our two top candidates put to SHAME anyone from the other side.

to me.

I accept your apology for sure, but I am wondering about that

If anyone demeans either candidate based on these stats then they are a rightwing operator, right?

cant we support both candidates past work?

I am not saying you cant attack what either candidate did that was not progressive, that is fair game, but to blanket attack them for all of what they did, isn't that what the right does?

...and since the title of your thread was a tad similar...I made the assumption it was another Bernie/Hillary thread.
I didn't asssume "demeaning". Although you've used that word twice now. I assumed counter information.

10. OK....I have spent most of my time supporting and preferring Bernie while pointing out Hillary

aint all that bad given the alternative.

I truly am tired of the Wall Street friendliness that I am sure Hillary is still inflicted with as are almost all mainstream Dems, and this is why I prefer Bernie.

Having said that, much of the criticism of Hillary on this board does fit in well with the way the right will attack her.
