To the members of the Democratic Party on DU

I know, that you know, and for the most part, all of us know.. that there is a cadre of posters whose main focus is NOT who will win our primary's and caucuses.. but to sow a little intra-party feuding..

I know its fun to watch and keep tabs on them.. but every now and then, they get the the fur flying..

So for our party members.. a little coffee.. (_)O(_)O(_)O(_)O(_)0 some pastries.. this too will pass

I generally ignore the flying fur. What I wish would stop is people getting banned. I really think the jury system needs an unbiased arbitrator as an appeal process with the option to the poster to delete the offending post.

It's obvious who those people are and the best thing to do is ignore them when they post. It's not easy to do, but if we all ignore them, maybe they will go away. I doubt it but one can always hope!

I'm more of an HRC supporter but I don't have anything against Bernie and will support the eventual Democratic nominee whoever he/she is but it just seems like there is virtually nothing posted here that isn't some kind of slam or "hit piece" on Hillary and/or her supporters. Yeah, and I acknowledge that there are some posts slamming Bernie and his supporters too, which I don't condone either but I just don't think that we need to be hating on each other just because of our support for one candidate or another. We can (or should be able to) disagree with each other without treating each other as "the enemy" and, whatever your feelings about HRC are, she is not "evil" nor has she done anything AFAIK that puts her anywhere the same league of crazy/evil as any of the Republicans currently running for POTUS.

I am so so so HAPPY to be a member of the Democratic Party.. Watching the republicans squirm the past few days has been an enlightening moment for a lot of Indys I think.
