Their alarming headlines about today's economic news... Ever since Obama ribbed them at the reporters' dinner last month, they have been coming at him teeth bared!

Unfortunately they get a say in how things are handled and they would like you to believe that
HuffPost has a shred of impartiality or even some journalistic standards.
P.T.Barnum knew the formula well,Huffington Post is a Circus Extraordinaire'.
In the center ring for your amusement and bemusement the apocalyptic side boob of the blonde bimbo of the week!
Step this way to menage number deux, witness the son of the Yak lady, please out of consideration,no flash photography!
Ring number three features yet another witness to Bill Clinton's Little Rock Sexcapades as featured in the Weekly World News with censored photo's and answering machine excerpts of the raunchy rendezvous caught on tape!
With so many good news feeds out there, why? Why would you even go there? For Gossip and the Freak of the Week go to TMZ.

(2,280 posts)Plus Huffington spent most of 2007 and 2008 attacking Hillary Clinton who was the DLC's prefered candidate at the time.
Huffington has alway been a conservative republican. She fooled many because she was against the Iraq war, but so were many republicans.
If HuffPo is a propaganda rag for anyone, it's for the GOP.

(45,319 posts)I mean, she ran for Gov of CA as a Democrat, so it takes some blinders to claim she's always been Republican, much less conservative Republican. She's the very picture of the corporate Democrat. Even when she was married to a Republican, they were not conservative by GOP standards, Mike being gay and all that...
She was a Democratic candidate for Governor....

(45,319 posts)The Clinton Foundation bought the DLC records, and of course all of the DLC leadership, such as Harold Ford, are still chiming in with their 'let's make love to business' music....

(11,515 posts)She slowly has gone to the right, not in a huge way to make everyone leave but very manipulative. Like all the articles praising pot the last two weeks. They don't mention Obama but it is obvious they are trying to suppress the dem vote by trying to get them to stay home knowing they won't vote for ther side.
And then today the huge slam about jobs and the stock market. It was totally written to weaken dem support.

(1,033 posts)It's only gotten worse since the site has been sold to AOL. I'm done with that shit site. The only thing that's useful that they have is Pollster.
The site is designed to keep Democratic turnout low. It's painfully obvious now.

Congratulating Huffington Post, Obama said, Theres no one out there linking to the kinds of hard-hitting journalism that HuffPo is linking to every single day. And you dont pay them -- its a great business model!
