2016 US Senate Elections in CO(Coffman-R announcing NO) and NV(Sandoval-R announcing NO)

Gives Democrats a greater chance of regaining control of the U.S. Senate in 2016.
Looking at the Democratic Seats up in 2016:
NV-Sandoval-R running would have been a lean Republican takeover, without Sandoval-R running, Cortez Masto-D is favored to defeat likely Republican nominees Heck,Krolicki,Roberson,or Angle by a narrow to high single digit margin.
CO-Mike Coffman-R not running leaves Cynthia Coffman,Walker Stapleton, and Scott Tipton as the remaining top tier Republican challengers to Bennet-D, Bennet-D is favored to win by a narrow to high single digit margin.
WA,CA,OR,MD,CT,NY,VT,and HI are double digit Democratic victories.
Democrats need to win at least 4 Republican Senate Seats.
WI-Feingold-D
IL-Duckworth-D
FL-Murphy-D
OH-Strickland-D
Hassan-D needs to declare her candidacy for the New Hampshire US Senate Election.

Gov. Sandoval hasn't said whether or not he's seeking the Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Reid.
