I'm breaking up with Martin O'Malley.

Martin, thanks man, it's been real, but I have to go. You're a great guy, really, and anyone would be lucky to have you. I'm just at the point in my life that I need someone who's who's grounded, whose values are like mine, and who's ready to make a commitment.

And his recent ill-conceived media-visit in Baltimore reminded me again. I agree with him on most issues, but I don't think he's got what it takes.

not having what it takes. Last month I saw him interviewed by a journalist in Iowa. Instead of sitting squarely in his chair and facing the questioner, he sat sideways and kept looking off in the distance making only infrequent eye contact with the reporter. I came away from that thinking Putin would have him breakfast.

And I'm more than willing to share Bernie. So, it's all good.

But that seems so cold. The last time it wrote him, I sent him money - and he sent me a thank you note on O'Malley for Governor letterhead ; (
