Scott Walker Leads The Pack Of 2016 Hopefuls In New Iowa Poll

BY Adam Edelman

Stock in Scott is going up.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker appears the be the immediate beneficiary from Mitt Romney’s decision to not run for President.

The Dairyland Republican has opened up a slight lead in the early-voting state of Iowa, according to a new poll, climbing into first place after barely registering in the tally three months ago.

A Bloomberg Politics/Des Moines Register poll released late Saturday showed Walker leading the growing pack of potential 2016 GOP contenders with 15% of the support of likely voters — a huge increase from the 4% he garnered in the same poll in October.

Next up was Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, with 14%, and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee with 10%.

sucked in by so many con men, it is like watching people fall to snake oil salesmen.
I am a member of a tv message board, because I like tv. and we created a sub culture of politics with different view points. I like the conservatives as people, but damn, they hold on to support the crooks as if their life depended on it. You can give them all the facts in the world, but they are not real facts to them like Breitbart. Never ever can they criticize a republican candidate. They argue the most impossible improbable things. And they defend Sarah Palin to this day!!!!

11. Well, we'd better be prepared to face the possibility that we ain't gonna get that one.

Walker could be tough to beat, especially if he comes in with the financial backing of the Billionaire Boys' Club. Just this morning I saw that a straw poll of Kansas Republicans picked Walker as well. We may be seeing a shift in momentum to him, and we'd better watch him REAL closely.

He is loved by the 1% because he stays on script, looks good, and rarely drools in public.
He is loved by the base because he says what they want to hear, looks good, and blames liberals for the problems the 1% fostered on the base.

He is dangerous because he believe what he is paid to believe, values only himself, and is too stupid to understand how dangerous stupidity is.

That is the first thing I noticed about him.

My daughter lived in Madison during the height of the demonstrations at the capitol. She learned a great deal. She met people who went to school with him. He was a bully and a sneak, according to her friends and acquaintances.

If you get a chance, see him when he is in Iowa. You know everyone who hopes to be President goes there. Let us know what he is like up close and personal. We need to know how to fight him.

Not so much.

Clearly, when Scotty runs out of his "Talking Points" he runs out of ideas - Big, Bold or otherwise!
