Having read it, I won't be particularly surprised if some judge agrees to quash the subpoena, but all that will do is prolong Christie's agony. The Democratic Senate will merely issue a new subpoena, dotting all it's i's and crossing all it's t's.

I am only licensed in Texas but to me this lawsuit looks to be very very weak. At most, the lawsuit will get a delay while the Assembly adopts any resolutions necessary to ratify the subpoena.

I fully expect to see Wildstein and others eventually invoking the 5th Amendment when they are before a panel.
