Costoc Labels the Bible As Fiction In This Store. Pastor Goes Viral (VIDEO)

Is the bible fiction? Is it literal? When in doubt, if one is selling Bibles, neutrality must reign, lest you incur the wrath of the offended.

I find it ironic that the pastor would go after a company like Costco. Costco treats its employees in a humane fashion by paying them a living wage and ensuring they have good benefits. Walmart stiffs its employees and pays them substandard wages while simulating support for family values. If the pastor wanted to do a Christian-like thing one would think he would be shaming Walmart into “doing unto others as they want done unto their shareholders.”

I've never seen Costco near me label any of their books for content. They do try to lump things like cookbooks and murder mysteries together, but that's as far as it goes. The display is piles of books on tabletops, not neatly labeled shelves.

Christian mythology is on the same level as Greek Mythology when it undergoes scrutiny. Maybe the Jewish tribes people of the Bronze age regarded it as historic in some manner but talking snakes, burning bushes and parting seas is no different than tales in Greek and Eygptian mythology. j People of the Bronze age and before regarded their mythological Gods with just as much devotion as "Christians" do today.

I love that scene in the movie "Troy" where king Priam is praying to the God Apollo all night so intently before the great battle was to commence. It shows how deeply [people prayed to their Gods just as is done today. People in America have been indoctrinated from birth to believe in the Christian myth long before they developed critical thinking skills. A simple question to ask is ..."if you were God couldn't you come up with a better plan than the ones your religions are telling you?". What kind of a God could it be who is so needy and emotional except one created by needy and emotional men.

Evidently, the distributor mislabeled a small shipment to one Costco store. Costco apologized immediately. The idiot radio host that happened to be telling the story actually said he was switching to Sam's Club because he just knew Costco was lying.

Gawd, I hate republicans.

they always seem to want to hurt others, rather than help others. Their true God is the green folding kind that goes in the collection plate every Sunday at the local Mega Church. All IMHO
