and I still kick myself for selling my silky smooth Olympia non-electric typewriter in 1972. I still use my VCR player and I wish I had a Sony Walkman since I have lots of cassettes (I do have a cassette player next to my turntable so I can play them at home, just not while walking.) I have never had use for the other two pictured here, but only one of them is actually far worse than useless.

It was in junior high around 84, and you were encouraged to take typing before you took programming (on Trash, I mean TRS-80s). I think it was a valuable skill to learn, although it drives my wife nuts when I can be typing a post on DU while looking at her and holding a conversation. I was the only boy in a room full of girls- oh, the horror

I don't get it. We have a perfectly good, much quicker, and much more reliable scanner that can scan AND send straight to email at the same time.

Why do my bosses (my parents) insist on the fax machine for sending documents. *sigh*
