It is becoming more and more clear that this was intentional sabotage of the US Government in time of war. It doesn't take a genius to figure this out after seeing quote after quote from these wacko right wing extremist congressmen. Their next target is the American and world economy.
All this over a stupid health care law? Since when does this happen?
Isn't this treason or sedition?
Or is sabotage in time of war legal now? (We are at war, y'know)

There are 21 moderate Republicans that need to put a stop to this. One of the is Leonard Lance in the NJ-7. If they don't they should be targeted with everything the Democratic Party has got in 2014. In Lances case - just from what I'm seeing from my neighbors on his FB Page . . . He will be easy pickings for a seat pick up.

Now, considering that the founding fathers did not plan for a Congress that refused to pass a budget to fund the U.S. Government, it does qualify as a Constitutional Crises. They could continue to refuse to fund the government until the next Congress is sworn in in 2015.
