Full Faith and Credit Act - here is more info on Republican plan re debt ceiling fight


In May, House passed this bill by a vote of 221-207. A Republican backed bill - would allow Treasury to pay down interest payments on the national debt and allows Social Security Administration could access its own trust fund to pay social security benefits and disability payments on time.

Rand supports it - which tells you volumes.

Proposed by Republican representative Tom McClintock with support from Ways and Means Committee chairman Dave Camp.

Means again, republicans would allow some things to be funded and paid and not others -
