Did the house ever send back the bill funding the fun things like nat'l parks and the panda cam?

Did they send it to the senate yet or are they still cherry picking through all the agencies and things that have the biggest impact on the average American and putting that on the list to fund? They want to hide the shutdown from most people. If the nat'l parks stay open and panda cam comes back online, then the anger decreases and maybe they can escape blame. The only people that will feel the brunt of it will be the 800,000 unpaid govt employees.

This is simply amazing How can a branch of our govt simply pick and choose the things they like and fund those and toss out the rest? I've never seen anything like this in my whole life.
