Does anyone have a reliable source for the story

going around that when the repubs left the House last night you could smell booze on them? (1 place also said a few democrats had also needed a drink).
I can't believe that any alcoholic drinks would be allowed in either chamber of Congress!

... it could have been in their offices or any one of the many pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
