I still think that Obama should....

.. tell the extortionist GOP House that you want Obamacare defunded, you do that and I will instantly execute and Executive Order lowering the age of eligibility of Medicare to BIRTH, under a state of a national health emergency.

And before you tell me he can't, why not? It won't cost more more money, it will bring in money with more people signing up.
