Based on this morning's Washington Post story, as well as weeks of drip-drip-drip on both Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell and Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, it sure is starting to look like it!

4. From that story, Cuccinelli may have more to answer for than McDonnell

He was also up to his neck in receiving favors from Williams and the timing of the embezzlement case against the chef is a little suspicious, so even though Cuccinelli has now(finally) asked for recusal from the case, it appears that his office got the ball rolling and one could make the argument that it was in retaliation for whistle blowing by the chef.
