I initially thought that he could be a strong contender for the GOP nomination last year, at least until he actually started running, which turned out to be an epic disaster.

Meanwhile, Texas is drying up and being drilled to death. Perry will not address the serious water shortage problem because he doesn't 'believe' in climate change, and fracking is going gangbusters.

There's a special place in hell for that man, where he will spend eternity trying to remember the name of that third government agency.
