2013/2014 MA US Senate Election.

Republicans in MA have two weeks to collect 10,000 signatures to get on the ballot, ie Winslow, Bennett, Fetherston, and/or Gomez.
Instead of worrying about those guys, Republicans make a tactful decision and endorse and vote for Lynch in the Democratic Primary and General Election.
The pros are A more liberal Democrat can win Lynch's old US House Seat MA-8.
Markey-D could seek a rematch in 2014, defeat Lynch-D in the Democratic primary and defeat Winslow in the November General Election. Capuano-D runs for Governor and defeats Brown-R or Baker-R.
