Dump would call in the show as often as he wanted to. There are some rumors out there of a tape where he tells Mika, "Don't ask me anything too hard, OK?"
Later, as Mika started really trashing him on air and said multiple times that she was voting for Hillary, he got pissed and retaliated with a tweet. Basically, he called the show garbage, insulted Mika and then threatened to spill the beans about the affair Mika and Joe are having. Mika's demeanor, imo, changed after that. Sometimes, it looked like she was ready to cry on air. I think she was actually frightened because of what Dumpkins knew. (Mika quietly divorced her husband btw)
