I'm a little freaked out by this. Is Russia hacking the change.org petition?

Earlier today I saw the change.org petition and I signed it. At the time, it was all written in English.
AMBlue posted in another thread requesting that we sign the petition. Curious to see how many signatures there were, I went and looked.

And now the fucking thing is in Russian.
