Pundit Tracker:(1) Conservative Pundits: Romney will win the election in a landslide
Larry Kudlow: Romney will get 330 electoral votes
Dick Morris: Romney will get 325 electoral votes
Glenn Beck: Romney will get 321 electoral votes
George Will: Romney will get 321 electoral votes
Michael Barone: Romney will get 315 electoral votes
Wayne Allyn Root: Romney will win by 100-120 electoral votes
(2) Chris Matthews: Michele Bachmann will win the GOP nomination
Some have argued that Matthews was joking, but we dont buy it. Decide for yourself.
(3) Dick Morris: Obama might pull out of the election
...snip...
<< As bad news piles up for the Democrats, I asked a top Democratic strategist if it were possible that President Obama might pull a Lyndon Johnson and soberly face the cameras, telling America that he has decided that the demands of partisan politics are interfering with his efforts to right our economy and that he has decided to withdraw to devote full time to our recovery. His answer: Yes. Its possible. If things continue as they are and have not turned around by January, it is certainly possible. .. if the Republicans nominate a more moderate candidate such as Mitt Romney, Obama will not be able to rely on partisan animosity to succeed where job approval has failed. And, given all that, he might not even run. >> Dickmorris.com

(21,946 posts)1. That's called wishful thinking.

(33,497 posts)2. #3 was Dick Morris lying again just like he admitted he lied about all the rosy
electoral numbers he predicted for Romney, saying he needed to do something to lift the party out of the doldrums. Why anybody would ever take Dick Morris seriously after 2012--even Fox News--is beyond me.

(63,912 posts)3. None of these. The award goes to every talking head on the TV machine that said "This thing
is gonna be CLOSE!" with that oh, so serious look on their face. Romney's crowds were getting huger and huger!
Also an award to Dan Rather who famously said on Election Eve that he had the feeling that Mitt Romney was going to be pleased on Election Night. I wonder what he had been smoking...

(1,574 posts)7. Yeah he said that he felt it in his gut.
He must have had gas or something.

(25,415 posts)8. CNN takes the cake for their "it's tied" regarding certain polls....
when President Obama was ahead by 4 points.

(2,505 posts)4. With Dick Morris's track record ...
... surely a Magic 8 Ball (or any random predictor) would be more accurate than him.
I'm serious.

(666 posts)5. Don't forget Grover's prediction of 1) taking the senate and 2) any R to be president to
to sign the R (senate and house) legislation.
