6. John Heileman made a point of this today on Morning Joe.

He said these rising numbers of votes give Obama more of a mandate in his negotiations with Boehner. But of course, Joe Scar wasn't there today so the panel was "off the leash."

11. What states are still counting votes and why?

States that are still counting should really rethink their voting process. I thought my state (AZ) was bad but we finished two weeks ago.
