Democratic Voters Are to Blame for Hillary Clinton’s Headaches

"The dizzying cascade of late-season outrages this cycle can be interpreted as a consequence of Republican dominance of the legislature, and the expectation that Republicans will maintain that dominance in 2017 and beyond. The only way for Democratic voters to tidy this up, and put safeguards in place to prevent similar outrages going forward, is to vote in overwhelming numbers and retake Congress altogether."

There are 31 states with Republican legislatures that have successfully gerrymandered congressional districts so that Republicans maintain control of the House of Representatives.
Democrats control 8 traditionally Blue state legislature, 11 states are split between the two parties.
It takes court cases in most instances to undo unfair gerrymandering, elections won't do it.
