What am I missing from Obama's "To Do List" for the next week?

The election is now one week away. President Obama is quickly running out of time to implement the following items, all of which RW kooks have predicted he would do as President.

1. Declare martial law
2. Cancel the 2016 elections
3. Confiscate all guns
4. Imprison all Republicans in FEMA-run concentration camps

Did I omit anything from his to do list? It's tough to keep track of everything which the RW said he would do.

Considering how much Republicans adore Putin-style authoritarianism nowadays, I don't know if they will be relieved or disappointed if he doesn't implement any of these items in the next week.
