I know people are early voting so there's some opportunity cost, but in order to maximize effectiveness of the message for the 60% of the electorate who will vote next week, I think it would make sense to wait a bit longer. The Comey story seems to be fizzling as everything else has this election cycle within 4-5 days. You want to drive the news cycle not compete with that for headlines. That said I have no idea if said dirt is out there but I hope so.
