Did Trump and the Enquirer have a heads up on the FBI "reopening"?

I was in the supermarket yesterday and noticed that the front page was all about Hillary and The FBI. One of the headlines was "worse than Watergate"...the same line Trmp has been using. Granted the Enquirer is a crazy rag, but they get a lot of eyeballs they are in every checkout line in the country. Even if you would never buy or pick it up, it is reinforcing. It's just curious how qickly they got this out. They are a national weekly, not sure where they print an how they distribute their rag...but they had to really be on it to have this story ready to go and in the ailes in less than 24 hours. Trump has a close relationship with the publisher and the are the one of the few 'newspaper" to have endorsed him. The are based in Florida, I think near Palm Beach. I'm recalling how Trumps daughter in law said they had "something up their sleev". Is there any way they could have known this was coming? And yes, I will concede that Enquirer is a total rag, but they get a hell of a lot of eyeballs.

1. FBI staffers knew for awhile that Huma's emails would cause cross review for Hillary connection

No doubt Repub FBI careerists were in touch with top Repubs about this issue before Comey decided to announce. The fact that FBI planned to review the Huma/Anthony emails to see if there was anything new and not already uncovered in the Hillary investigation might have leaked out even if Comey did not make an official announcement and may have leaked out even closer to election.

Hillary's camp may have also had a heads up about something possibly coming out, but they may have thought no way would Comey publicly announce anything so vague this close to election as it totally goes against all precedent and most likely Huma's emails were already captured and reviewed from the other end already.

What is the relationship between Trump and David Pecker, the publisher of the Enquirer?
They're evidently friends. I only know that by reading it. I've never discussed Pecker with Trump. I think Pecker is definitely a Trump booster.

There's definitely a connection between Trump and Natl. Enquirer...
