But African Americans make up a larger share of the vote than Hispanics in NC and they are more stalwart Democrats. Even the composition of black Democrats in NC are more favorable to the Democrats as they include less blacks from the Caribbean. And in FL Cubans reduce Democratic margins among Hispanics.
