There should be a Senate rule that requires

McConnell to stick his head up his ass when he is speaking on the floor.

Wait a minute. Some of us think he already does that when he is shown on tv. There needs to be a sign to let everyone know.

The voters might vote for someone saner but that is likely to be less than 30% odds. More likely they would replace him with someone as crazy or even more teabagger.
