Democrat Hillary Clinton wipes out Republican Donald Trump's leads in Georgia and Iowa, where the two are tied among likely voters. She has a slight edge in North Carolina and is pounding Trump in Virginia, according to a Quinnipiac University Swing State Poll released today.

While wide gender and racial gaps remain, Trump's standing among men is shrinking, especially in Georgia and Iowa, the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University Poll finds. Clinton leads by margins of 6 to 34 percentage points among likely voters who already have cast ballots in Georgia, Iowa and North Carolina, which allow early voting.

I've been going with groups from Long Island. Next weekend there will be overnight trips. There are also bus trips from California to Nevada.

I'm a teacher and in my early 60's, so I'm generally exhausted at the end of week, but I'm so glad I've been doing this. It's been one of the best volunteering experiences I've had in my life.

And there's an added bonus: bragging rights whenever the ground game is lauded. One of the precinct captains in PA told us, "You are the vaunted Clinton ground game."

Made me proud.

frustrated than worried. Pretty much the only people who obsess over the email stories are those who already dislike Clinton and would never vote for her. Those people are a lost cause. They don't care that the email "scandals" have turned out to be nothing-burgers. They see steam, and automatically assume there is a fire. What I find frustrating is that the news media continues to report on it. They're beating a dead horse, and are doing exactly what the hackers want them to do by shedding light on this story. They're giving credibility to criminals who are pushing an agenda and are trying to interfere with our election.
