Ted Cruz’s off-the-wall Supreme Court suggestion

http://nypost.com/2016/10/27/ted-cruzs-off-the-wall-supreme-court-suggestion/

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is raising the possibility that Republicans would decline to fill the Supreme Court vacancy if Democrat Hillary Clinton is elected president.

Cruz is the second Republican to suggest that the GOP will simply block any Democratic nominee to replace the late Justice Antonin Scalia, who died in February. Arizona Sen. John McCain made a similar assertion earlier this month.

Does this mean both Cruz and McCain believe that a Supreme Court Justice should only be appointed when a Republican is in the White House?

Whenever Republicans win an election, they're right there to tell you that "Elections Have Consequences" ... it's just pretty clear that they don't believe it when they lose them.

it makes a compelling argument to get rid of the filibuster for supreme court nomination!

it can't do business. In the next 4-8 years, with the age and health of the current members, that is a possibility. What then Republicans?

is irrelevant. Just another right wing hack who's shown he has no loyalty or back bone. Donald Trump attacks his wife and his father in a most hurtful way, and what does he do? Rather than defend his wife and father against this bully, he endorse him for POTUS.

He has zero integrity, and just like Trump, it's all about him. Heidi Cruz is most likely disgusted with her weasel of a husband. What kind of man does such a disgraceful thing to his wife?

Simply put, hes a political hack who has no intention of doing what's right for his country or his family.
