Jon - "Chuck, you want me to blunt and honest. Your poll shows Donald Trump with almost 40% of the Latino vote, if that's happening here (NV) or anywhere else, we're going to be at Donald Trump's inauguration. I'm not sure that's happening."
Jon lays it out in laymen terms at 3:27s into the clip, stresses early voting (EV) advantages over polling samples in Nevada.

(14,565 posts)He had two state polls and sought the local political experts in those two states. Then he allowed them to scrutinize the polling and detail where the races stand. He accepted their knowledge and verdicts.
It's not like Chuck Todd created those polls himself, and paraded them as absolute.
Matthews earns the criticism tonight, for repeatedly embracing FOX News as a "good poll" while ignoring other polls with more robust margins.

Blue Idaho
(5,057 posts)For blantantly using outliers to try and create unnecessary election drama, ratings, and money for the networks. It's pretty obvious they are trying to justify the endless hours of election coverage and the huge number of "experts" all prattling on about nothing much in particular. All without regard for their own reputation or the veracity of the election itself.
