Maddow exclusive: Trump's rental agent quotes Trump Sr "I don't rent to n-----s "

Asked about black tenant who kept contacting him, told to toss her application in the garbage. Donald was standing next to his dad.

Edit to add- fella says Trump nodded approvingly at this statement by his father.
The man himself admits he helped them discriminate because those were the orders. Seems very credible to me.

5. And Donald was right by his side, shaking his head in agreement

“I asked him, ‘What do you want me to do with this application?’ He said, ‘You know I don’t rent to n-----s. Put it in your desk drawer,’” Stanley Leibowitz, the former building manager, told the New York Daily News in a story published Friday. “Donald was alongside of him. He was maybe 16, 17 years old at the time. He was learning the business of his father. He was right at his side."

is relevant to Donald Trump (he has enough of his own sins). My mom still uses the n word in public. You can't pick your parents. I tell my mom not to do it, but she is still my mom, and I will maintain that relationship.

The fact that DJ stood there and nodded, and was part of the business that discriminated against black families for quite a few years is not new but serves as a reminder.

contestants in his beauty pageant, and his gall in asking the first Black man who won on a season of The Apprentice to share his win with a white woman, even though she had not earned it.

9. The NBC report was far superior to Rachel's telling

She used the typical repetitive style.

The paperwork shown on the NBC report with "C" for colored was also mentioned on the Frontline program a few weeks ago.

The rental agent Stanley Leibowitz (sp?) should do segments on the MSNBC talk shows, but since did an interview in a restaurant my guess is he would be reluctant. NBC should at least detail his employment history at the time for credibility purposes.

14. It still isn't proof. Any employee could make up that story. It does make sense but

there is no proof. It would be nice to see documentation.

term to describe Blacks. It was also quite common for landlords to discriminate. That's why so many laws had to be passed to stop the practice.
