Most of my local friends are Republicans (I live in the reddest part of Arizona). It isn't any fun to pick on them, anymore. They just get more depressed. Several (most, actually) are stating that they won't bother to vote this year, 2012 is a "wash", etc. There are a few that have made comments about voting for Pres. Obama, but I'd bet more on them just staying home. Very, very few have said that they'll vote for "whomever" runs against the Pres.

before the Iowa caucuses. I got a little guilty pleasure watching them squirm.

A few weeks later I heard a lot of the same complaints during "bar talk". However, when one guy said "anybody but Mitt", another responded with, "anybody but Obama". That seemed to unite them a little. But they still were pretty miserable.

I don't remember who to thank for this, but the choice they have is between Mr. Etch a Sketch and Mr. Etched in stone. That is really terrible. What is worse is Mr. Etch-a-sketch might be even more insane and dangerous than Mr. Etched-in-stone. Not sure how, but Rmoney scares me more.

A crook,a liar and an idiot! Wow what a choice! I love Obama! My Father and I get in many heated discussion's over this. But I just really believe in my heart that he is just SOOOO old fashioned that he just can't phathom the fact that there should ever be a " black" President or a "women" President. And to boot he has two bi-racial Great Grandchidren! And FIVE Daughters! Very STRONG minded Daughters at that! Too funny! I will keep standing my ground with the ole man, gotta LOVE him!
