understand why Cuyahoga returned ballots down 22% from 2012?

more trusting to go vote themselves than trust a ballot. Republican turnout depressed in Cuyahoga....

Long lines of people were reported for early voting.

2. I have no idea but in Perry County there were a lot of people

at the BoE the day I voted, when I voted early in 2012 there was only 1 other person. So perhaps they are doing in person early voting instead of by mail.

4. The ballots were late in my area.

I live in Trumbull and we just got my sis-in - laws yesterday. She is handicapped. It is all done and I will return it to the board of elections by hand today. I voted yesterday...hubs and I voted straight blue. my entire family of six her in Ohio and my sis and her family in Georgia...all voting blue.

5. Where did you get this number? I am curious where one can look at the stats.

As for the explanation, in 2012 early voting (including absentee) started on October 2. This year it started on October 12.
Do the math. 10 days lost in 2016 compared to 2012.
