This is war. Some deplorable stole my Hills sign!

I had this sign since Feb. This is crazy.

I am not going to take being bullied. In a bit I am headed to the hardware store to get what I need to make a big yuuuge sign. It will not be easy to remove. If I knew where to get barbed wire I would. However I have very handy friends and we will set up an alarm. If getting some type of security camera isn't to expensive I might do that too. If anything happens to my new sign I will call the cops and press charges if I catch them on camera.

Of course I am also building cheeto his stupid wall friday for Halloween. I might want to hook that up with the alarm. cheeto fans will not like my version of his wall.

1. I'm actually glad I'm forbidden from putting up any signage.

Anyhoo... Your average hardware store should sell barbed wire. It's expensive. $55 for a roll, but if your willing, it's available.

The camera may actually be cheaper, and can be used long after election season.

2. Mine too...

Last Saturday late afternoon, here in deep blue Massachusetts. I came home from an errand and it was there. Went back out 40 minutest later and it was gone (can't see the street where the sign is from the house). It had been there, unmolested, for weeks. Probably had something to do with the Trump rally in Portsmouth, NH, not far north of here, earlier that day.

Anyway, my husband and I took some heavy decking boards we had out behind the shed and built a big, heavy, tall, post/sign holder for it. Buried it about a foot and a half in the ground and nailed the replacement sign to it. Then I put a ring of landmines (dog poop) around it. It's too big and heavy for someone to get easily into their car, or pitch off into the woods, without being seen by passing traffic. And, if they do attempt to take it anyway, they'll be tracking poop back into their car.

If it disappears again, the next one is going up with poison ivy rubbed all over it, we have plenty of that.

A family friend, who is conservative and no Hillary fan (I don't know what he's doing about voting), was offended that someone took my sign...he feels that I'm entitled to express my opinion on my own G-D property, whether he agrees with it or not.

9. On my evening walk I found a Trump sign shredded on the sidewalk

I despise Trump, and I'm not impressed by his supporters, but I have no respect for political vandalism of this kind.

Whoever stole your sign is an asshole. Whoever destroyed that Trump sign is likewise an asshole.

video Surveillance" would also be enough to deter the deplorables.

Someone poisoned dogs one town over of people with Hillary signs. One interesting thing, my neighbor across the street took down his Trump sign. He has half Black grandkids and one of the girls is gay...could not figure out how he could support Trump. He through it away!

14. I just smear Vaseline across the top and sides of my political signs.

Not really dangerous, but makes a hell of a mess if someone tries to grab it.

I just turn the sign inside out when I toss them after the election.

If I didn't have to clean up the mess. My cheeto wall is up. Now I have to decorate it. I had like 10 pallets, made a pretty good size wall.

Almost done with my replacement HRC sign. For now I will use an old camera make it look like it is on, place it in sight so they think twice. Then get one of those wireless ones next week. Someone suggested Vaseline and another mentioned dog poop. I might do that too. Love the idea of running a current but I have birds and squirrels and I don't want dead animals around my sign, might be a bad omen. That and a law suit if thieves got injured.
