But even I know that sarcasm is not something funny to do when dealing with United States Security and Foreign Relations.

In fact I usually save sarcasm for my closest friends and random musings on internet sites like Facebook or here at DU. If I was at work doing a presentation, I know better than be sarcastic because most people do not assume another person is being sarcastic.
